About Amazonite
In the United States, Amazonite is found in Colorado and Virginia. Globally, it's also found in Brazil, Peru, Australia, Madagascar and some other locations around the world. Sometimes called "Colorado Jade" or "Pikes Peak Jade" due to where it's found in Colorado and its similarity to Jade (although it is not a Jade).
Amazonite can vary from pale, milky-white, light green to darker greenish-blue and aqua colors. All of my Amazonite stones have green coloring, not blue.
NOTE: Never use heat, steamers, hot water or ultrasonic cleaners with Amazonite stones. If needed, clean only with a soft cloth.
